    4 days in and So far I love these insoles, the pain in my heel is much better. It’s not completely gone but instead of feeling like walking on glass, it feels sore and I’m not getting that sharp pain. Definitely buy multiples it’s a pain of transferring from one shoe to another. I would suggest 3, work, comfort, and going out to see a better result
